The beneficiary may request a capital increase or tier advancement provided they meet the following criteria:

• Have been in the current tier for at least two months.
• Have made at least two withdrawals, each exceeding 5% of the balance in the current tier.
• Maintain a positive balance of 10% at the time of requesting the capital increase.
• Not have been inactive for 30 days.
